What we do

One crew for the whole punch list

Fixing things up, keeping homes in shape, building from scratch, or giving a place a fresh look — it’s all the same phone number.

Proof, in order

Watch the work happen, stage by stage

Anyone can post a finished photo. These are our jobs in sequence — the waterproofing behind the tile, the framing behind the fireplace, a kitchen stripped to the studs. Judge us on the middle, not just the end.

Full bathroom rebuild — down to the studs

Bathroom remodel

Waterproofing done properly before a single finish tile goes on. This is the part a homeowner never sees and the part that decides whether a shower lasts twenty years or leaks in two.

Waterproofing & floor tileShower walls sheeted in waterproof board with every seam and screw sealed, pan pre-sloped to drain, large-format floor tile set on spacers.

Fireplace wall — built from the framing up

Fireplace

A blank wall turned into the room’s focal point: new framing for a linear fireplace and a wall-mounted TV, power run inside the chase, then drywall and a clean finish. None of the finished wall works if the framing underneath isn’t square and level — which is why there’s a level sitting on it in stage one.

Framing the surroundNew framing built up off the floor and checked for level as it goes, with the wall opened below to run power for the insert and the TV.

Kitchen remodel — studs to finished

Kitchen remodel

The longest job on this page and the best illustration of how we work. The room goes back to bare studs and slab, gets new circuits before anything closes up, and every stage is cleaned before the next one starts — because a galley kitchen this narrow gives you nowhere to put the mess.

Stage 1 of 5Kitchen remodel by Job’s Clean Jobs — stage 1 of 5: Demo and rough-in
Demo & rough-inBack to the studs and the slab. New circuits pulled, boxes set and strapped, conduit run to the panel — all of it done while the walls are open, never after.
Stage 2 of 5Kitchen remodel by Job’s Clean Jobs — stage 2 of 5: Drywall and first cabinets
Drywall & first cabinetsWalls closed in, seams taped and floated, and the first new cabinet box on the floor waiting to go in. The old uppers stay up until the new run is ready.

Container refinish — tan to matte black

Exterior

A backyard storage container that read as construction equipment, resprayed to disappear into the yard instead. Metal is unforgiving: it shows every run, every missed spot and every lap mark, so the prep and a consistent spray pattern are the whole job.

Stage 1 of 2Exterior by Job’s Clean Jobs — stage 1 of 2: Masking and spray
Masking & sprayOpenings masked, surface prepped, then sprayed with an airless rig — corrugations and the roll-up door coated in even passes so the finish lays flat instead of pooling in the ribs.
Stage 2 of 2Exterior by Job’s Clean Jobs — stage 2 of 2: Finished container
Finished containerFull coverage in matte black, edges and the roll-up door cut in clean, and the yard picked up. Same container, no longer the first thing you see.

How it goes

Four steps, no surprises

  1. You call

Ring (650) 374-9848 or send a work request. Describe the problem in your own words — you don’t need the right terms for it.

  2. We look at it

Photos over text for something simple, or we come out and see it. Either way we tell you what’s actually wrong, not just what’s visible.

  3. Price and a date

A clear price and a real time we’ll be there. If we find something behind the wall that changes it, you hear about it before we keep going.

  4. Done and cleaned up

We finish the work, haul the debris, and wipe the room down. It’s in the company name for a reason.

What our neighbors say

Every review on our Google profile is a 5‑star review. Here is what three of them say.

Helped repair some damage to a wall at a rental. Nice gentlemen, they got the job done in a timely manner and the wall looked great — like nothing ever happened. Thank you Job & Benito!

Questions

Straight answers, before you call

What does a handyman cost?

It depends on the job, and any honest answer has to. Small repairs are usually priced as a single visit; bigger work like tile, drywall or a remodel gets a written price before we start. What we won't do is give you a number over the phone and then change it once we're standing in your house. Call (650) 374-9848, describe what's going on, and you'll get a straight answer on price and timing. Our handyman pricing guide walks through how jobs get priced.

Do you take small jobs, or only big remodels?

Both, and we mean it. A single leaky faucet, one sticking door, a couple of light fixtures — those are real jobs and we show up for them. A lot of our customers started with one small repair four years ago and still call us first. Big outfits skip small work; we don't.

Which cities do you cover?

All 8 of them: Palo Alto, Los Altos, Menlo Park, Cupertino, Atherton, Redwood City, Sunnyvale, Mountain View. See our service areas for what we see in each one. If you're just outside one of them, call and ask.

Can you handle a full bathroom or kitchen remodel?

Yes. The Our Work page shows a bathroom taken down to the studs and rebuilt, and a kitchen taken back to bare studs and rebuilt. We do the waterproofing, the tile, the cabinets and the finish work.

Do you work with landlords and property managers?

Regularly. Turnover repairs, punch lists between tenants, and the recurring maintenance that keeps a unit rentable. We can work to a move-in date and send you photos when the unit is done.

Do you clean up after the work?

It's the name of the company. Floors get protected before we start, debris leaves with us, and the room gets wiped down before we hand it back. We also do standalone cleaning for homes and offices.
