Our work

The whole job, in the order it happened

A finished photo proves nothing — anyone can post one. So here are our jobs in sequence, including the stages a homeowner never sees: the waterproofing behind the tile, the framing behind the fireplace, the demo before the kitchen. That middle part is where the quality is decided.

Full bathroom rebuild — down to the studs

Bathroom remodel

Waterproofing done properly before a single finish tile goes on. This is the part a homeowner never sees and the part that decides whether a shower lasts twenty years or leaks in two.

Waterproofing & floor tileShower walls sheeted in waterproof board with every seam and screw sealed, pan pre-sloped to drain, large-format floor tile set on spacers.

Fireplace wall — built from the framing up

Fireplace

A blank wall turned into the room’s focal point: new framing for a linear fireplace and a wall-mounted TV, power run inside the chase, then drywall and a clean finish. None of the finished wall works if the framing underneath isn’t square and level — which is why there’s a level sitting on it in stage one.

Stage 1 of 3Fireplace by Job’s Clean Jobs — stage 1 of 3: Framing the surround
Framing the surroundNew framing built up off the floor and checked for level as it goes, with the wall opened below to run power for the insert and the TV.
Stage 2 of 3Fireplace by Job’s Clean Jobs — stage 2 of 3: Drywall and finish
Drywall & finishChase closed in, seams taped and floated flat, corners run straight, and the opening left square for the insert to drop into.

Kitchen remodel — studs to finished

Kitchen remodel

The longest job on this page and the best illustration of how we work. The room goes back to bare studs and slab, gets new circuits before anything closes up, and every stage is cleaned before the next one starts — because a galley kitchen this narrow gives you nowhere to put the mess.

Stage 1 of 5Kitchen remodel by Job’s Clean Jobs — stage 1 of 5: Demo and rough-in
Demo & rough-inBack to the studs and the slab. New circuits pulled, boxes set and strapped, conduit run to the panel — all of it done while the walls are open, never after.
Stage 2 of 5Kitchen remodel by Job’s Clean Jobs — stage 2 of 5: Drywall and first cabinets
Drywall & first cabinetsWalls closed in, seams taped and floated, and the first new cabinet box on the floor waiting to go in. The old uppers stay up until the new run is ready.
Stage 3 of 5Kitchen remodel by Job’s Clean Jobs — stage 3 of 5: Devices and uppers hung
Devices & uppers hungUppers hung and shimmed, switch and outlet boxes made up and set flush so the plates sit tight to the finished wall.
Stage 4 of 5Kitchen remodel by Job’s Clean Jobs — stage 4 of 5: Counters set
Counters setDark quartz templated to the cabinets as actually installed, set flat, sink cut in, and the backsplash line left clean for tile.
Stage 5 of 5Kitchen remodel by Job’s Clean Jobs — stage 5 of 5: Finished kitchen
Finished kitchenHardware on, lighting in, appliances connected, floors laid and the whole room wiped down before we hand back the keys.

Container refinish — tan to matte black

Exterior

A backyard storage container that read as construction equipment, resprayed to disappear into the yard instead. Metal is unforgiving: it shows every run, every missed spot and every lap mark, so the prep and a consistent spray pattern are the whole job.

Stage 1 of 2Exterior by Job’s Clean Jobs — stage 1 of 2: Masking and spray
Masking & sprayOpenings masked, surface prepped, then sprayed with an airless rig — corrugations and the roll-up door coated in even passes so the finish lays flat instead of pooling in the ribs.
Stage 2 of 2Exterior by Job’s Clean Jobs — stage 2 of 2: Finished container
Finished containerFull coverage in matte black, edges and the roll-up door cut in clean, and the yard picked up. Same container, no longer the first thing you see.

Helped repair some damage to a wall at a rental. Nice gentlemen, they got the job done in a timely manner and the wall looked great — like nothing ever happened. Thank you Job & Benito!
