Hey there — we’re Job and Benito. We’ve been working in home improvement for over 15 years, and for the past decade we’ve been lending a hand to the good folks of the Peninsula & South Bay. Now we’ve launched our own company.

Our commitment is to serving the people who often get overlooked by the big guys. The homeowner with one sticking door. The landlord who needs a unit turned by Friday. The family whose bathroom has needed doing for three years because every company that came out only wanted the whole-house job.

Why we show the middle of the job
Most contractor websites show you a finished kitchen. That tells you somebody once had a nice kitchen. It doesn’t tell you whether the cabinets were shimmed level, whether the shower pan actually slopes to the drain, or whether every seam in the waterproofing got sealed.
That’s why our work page shows each job in order, stage by stage. If you know anything about building, you’ll see what we did before the tile went on. If you don’t, you’ll at least see that we weren’t hiding it.
The cleaning half of the name
“Clean Jobs” means two things. It means we clean up after ourselves — floors protected going in, debris out the same day, room wiped down before we hand it back. And it means cleaning is an actual service we offer: move-outs, post-construction cleans, offices, and rentals between tenants.
